This cover with sealing ring is a cover for a 50 Amp female connector (not a male connector). The boot has a sealing ring on it which helps to protect the connector from rain, snow, sun, and other weather conditions or debris. This tight, weatherproof seal is corrosion resistant and UV stabilized as well as CSA approved and UL listed. It's made of heavy-duty vinyl and is very durable. The ribbed outer design helps give you an easy grip to remove or apply it over the female connector.
